We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for our client a leading FMCG principal and a leader in its category. The Regional Sales Manager will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for the sales and profitability for the UAE market.

Some of the Key Responsibilities of the role include:

Work closely with Distributor’s Sales / Brand Manager and ensure that the overall territory sales and assigned objectives are achieved in line with Company policies and strategies.
Deliver volume, value and distribution objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network and his staff.
Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of aggressive and innovative sales promotions for distributors and customers with a view to ensure adequate penetration, market share, product positioning, growth, and performance.
