Introduction

Our sales department is divided into different divisions. HORECA Sales Division focuses on Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes. We strive to serve our customers with the best food solutions suited to their needs and their applications. HORECA Sales Division focuses on products made for Food Service.

Job Description

Identify potential leads, and follow up with them until conversion.
Build good relationships with customers.
Prepare daily sales plans together with the sales division manager.
Visit customers on a daily basis according to the daily plans.
Know the range of items our company carries, and their corresponding features and properties.
Make sales orders with customers.
Understand the daily sales targets of these items, and follow up with customers to achieve them.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Provide the management with reports on customers’ needs, issues and interests.
Submit sales orders, and follow up with the logistics department for delivery.

Requirements

Applicants must have experience of at least 3 years in Food and Beverage Sales.
Applicants must have experience using a CRM Software for at least one year.
Applicants must be proficient in written and spoken English.
Applicants must hold a valid Qatari Driving License.
Excellent selling, negotiation, closing and communication skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Preferable Skills

Experience with Restaurant Customers.

Salary Package:

8K to 10K.
