Role Summary/Purpose
As a copywriter at Pixel, you’ll get to write short-form and long-form content that inspires and converts, mastering different brand voices across digital marketing and social media platforms. You will brainstorm and deliver creative copy for written and visual communications. You may also represent the agency at client meetings and will need to stay up to date with the digital marketing industry in order to better understand client needs and what solutions we can provide them with.
Well-suited candidates should have experience in copywriting and content writing, communications, and social media management.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead overall copywriting and content writing for clients from various industries, as well as the agency
Understand the client’s product/service, target audience, and competitors and help them achieve the right tone of voice
Brainstorm concepts for visuals and creative copy, in tandem with the creative team
Prepare monthly social media content for clients and the agency in a timely manner
Write clear marketing copy that boosts brand awareness and has the potential to convert
Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce results-oriented content across all relevant platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write, edit and proofread content for websites, blogs, videos, social media posts and campaigns, email campaigns, and whitepapers, as needed
Other relevant tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills with a handle on the tone of voice
Strong handle on grammar, punctuation, syntax, and spelling
Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently
BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
Digital marketing or social media experience required
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Outstanding time management and organizational skills; ability to identify and prioritize issues and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
Arabic skills are a plus
