Sejourne is currently looking for an experienced Dubai Holiday Homes Operations Executive, a fast learner, capable of making decisions on his/her own and problem-solving.
The company has grown in strength, portfolio and is maximizing business potential to the benefit of our valued local and international client base. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Operations Executive to provide high quality service to Guests staying at our Vacation Home rental properties. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations.
The right candidate needs to be fluent in English and arabic is a plus, a positive mind, customer-oriented and go getter attitude.
Candidate Must Have:
Full “A to Z “Holiday Homes process
Overlook the managament of properties and booking reservation on portals like Hostify, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Bayut, Dubizzle, Vrbo, Homeaway, TripAdvisor, Agoda etc…
Well knowledgeable with the DTCM portal
Respond to all guest messages on portals and assist with sales inquiries
Oversee day to day operations
Developing weekly schedules and ensuring staffing levels are appropriate to meet the needs of the operations
Conduct inspections post guest check out and occasional audits of cleaning and housekeeping
Document preparation, copying, scanning, and mailing
Applying for Move-in Permits when required
Guests monitorization and communication
Screen and direct messages and distribute correspondence
Coordinate office activities and operations with housekeeping teams to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Conduct guest check ins and assist guests with needs
Help prepare extras for guests and add on services.
Have and provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services to our guests
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Assist with unit launches to prepare for guests (furniture unpacking, message templates, guest books, appliances guide, photoshoot staging.
Valid UAE driver’s license and your own vehicle is a MUST. Applicants without this will not be considered
Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Computer literacy.
This position will require you to be flexible, work weekends if required with days off being during the week if needed
Must be a team player and is confident to talk with clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills to include personable, professional telephone etiquette
Self-disciplined and accountable for the achievement of goals, continuous learning and self-improvement
