Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to expand our presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the medical industry.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Manage the company’s ERP system to ensure smooth operations.
Manage vendors and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
Handle legal work and licensing requirements for the company.
Develop a team in the UAE to expand our business operations in the region.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the industry.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of business objectives.
Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on business development activities, results, and recommendations.
Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry developments and network with potential partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the medical industry.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience in managing vendors and purchase orders.
Experience in managing legal work and licensing requirements.
Ability to develop and lead a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
