Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

As a Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), Social media advertising, and display advertising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, DCM, social media advertising, and display advertising including DV360.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and creative teams, to develop and execute integrated campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations to improve performance.
Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Manage budgets and allocate resources across campaigns to achieve business goals.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEM, social media advertising, Amazon (DSP, Search), and display advertising, with a focus on campaign management and Performance (ROI).
Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (universal Analytics) & GA4.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Experience managing budgets across multiple channels to achieve business goals.
Experience in Bing Search & SEO is a plus.
· Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives and KPIs.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous and rigorous with high attention to detail.
Pro-active and takes ownership of tasks at hand.
