We are looking for a motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing training materials and delivering engaging training sessions to different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees and the organization.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
• Create and update training materials such as manuals, handouts, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Develop and manage training schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of training programs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest training techniques and technology and recommend improvements to the training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a training specialist or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and other training technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different levels of employees and management.
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest training techniques and technology.
