We are currently looking for an entry-level Group Marketing Coordinator who will work as a part of a dynamic and fun Marketing Team, supporting multiple functions in the company with their design and creative needs.
What we offer:
Contract type: Permanent contract. Location: Dubai, UAE. Start date: Immediate. Level: entry level. Remuneration: AED 72,000 (net annual salary). What you will be doing:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will champion a variety of administrative tasks while coordinating activities within the team and with external partners. In addition to managing the marketing department’s email inbox and streamlining requests and inquiries to the relevant team members, you will also support on influencer marketing, handle collaborations requests and evaluate their profiles based on each brand’s needs. Once a collaboration is agreed upon, you will ensure that the influencer delivers the content through weekly evaluations, while also keeping track of the results and reporting them to the team. Occasionally, there will be media events and filmings that will need your assistance coordinating itineraries, scout visits and on-site presence. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Groups’ image & video content banks, and supporting the social media team with content scheduling, community management, and more.
Teamwork is extremely important, and you will work closely with the rest of the Marketing Team, receiving and implementing their feedback on your work. Other support functions may include various tasks such as video editing, creating presentations, acquiring quotations, and stock keeping and maintenance of marketing inventory etc.

Skills and requirements:
· A Bachelors Degree in marketing or other business-related fields.
· Up to one year experience in a marketing and/or administrative role (including internships).
· Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Powerpoint etc).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Photoshop and video editing skills is a plus.
· Knowledge of all social networking platforms
