Role
Managing the complete sales cycle from identifying prospective clients, making appointments, and visiting clients. Deliver continual feedback and sales coaching to the team to achieve goals and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Implement and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Provide weekly and monthly reports, data, research and market intelligence to the Management highlighting business performance, competitive landscape, and recommendations for increasing revenue and improving operations.
Recruit qualified candidates to perform the assigned jobs.
Responsible for accounts receivables and accessorial charge management as well as providing all documentation needed for claims resolution.
Identify the business improvement opportunities and coordinate internally with Client Account Manager to expand the business operations.
Act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end sales solutions through effective coordination internally and externally with all the applicable parties.
Identify potential customers, negotiate as per price guidelines given and ensure maximization of profits and business opportunities.
Regularly visit existing clients to validate our service levels and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on services and to develop new revenue streams.
Onboarding New Business, Managing Existing Accounts, and Building strong relationships with decision makers.
Generating new clients for Export, Import and cross-trade activities.
Clearly understand goals, policies, and procedures of the company.
