Bin Yousef Luxury Cargo is looking for an experienced Operations Officer to join our team in Qatar.

Responsibilities

Creating shipping/delivery routes and schedules
Perform follow up and tracking activities to determine shipment status
Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
Reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and issuance of delivery order on timely basis
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Be flexible and ready to accept more challenging or assigned tasks
Good collaboration and team work abilities
Accuracy in Invoicing and timeliness
Ensure on line Bill Of entries are processed on time
Ensure import arrival notices are dispatched to clients well in advance
Coordinate with transporter to ensure that the cargo is delivered
Prepare and follow up on all documents
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Mandatory)
Minimum of 2 years experience in imports, customs brokerage, or compliance required
Must be a proficient communicator in English
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in customer service will be appreciated
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a major plus
Experience with large well-known or international companies is a major advantage
