Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Residency and Citizenship by Investment industry.
Proven track record in facilitating investments leading to residency and citizenship for high-net-worth individuals.
Familiarity with PR and Citizenship by Investment Programs.

Responsibilities:

Planning & Market Research:
Implement the marketing plan outlined by the marketing department.
Conduct market analysis and identify market trends.
Develop marketing and branding strategies and execute them.
Sales & Marketing:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as specified.
Generate clients and revenue in the different categories.
Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify and engage new HNI clients for Residency/Citizenship by Investment market.
Conduct personalized meetings with HNIs as per targets.
Follow up with leads, applicants, and clients to build strong relationships.
Conduct webinars, seminars, and presentations as required.
Establish institutional tie-ups with relevant institutes, associations, chambers of commerce, etc.
Collaborate with the customer care division to ensure excellent customer service.
Reporting:
Provide daily/weekly reports on prospects contacted, qualified applicants contacted, and clients acquired.
Report client feedback and complaints to the customer care department.
Submit regular reports of marketing activities to the Branch Manager/HO.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong business skills, including budget preparation, staff development, and training.
Demonstrated reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
