Position: Sales Manager Function/ Department: Sales
Location: Dubai Reporting Manager: Business Head – Portugal
Primary Purpose: 1. Execute, promote, and sell the Golden Visa program of Portugal through the sale of real estate.
Key Accountabilities/Activities: 1. To generate and execute the sale of real estate in Portugal, under Portugal’s Golden Visa Program of the company.
2. To develop the channel partner network on a regular basis across India and ensure productivity through investors in GVP units.
3. Effectively track the ongoing lead generation processes and ensure consistent improvement in team’s role for client conversions.
4. Meet/Exceed the projected sales target of self and team.
5. To ensure investor closure from end to end in coordination with the channel partner including operational support, site visits, and banking assistance from India and Portugal Law firm’s perspective.
6. Execute the lead generation strategy to maximize qualified leads for specific projects.
7. Maintain consistent engagement for lasting customer relationships pertaining to new and existing customer base and update about the development of our projects through a periodic newsletter as and when issued by the marketing team.
8. Keep apprised of the latest immigration rules and the new product offering of the organization. 9. Create steps/interventions to induce and grow a dynamic environment that fosters and motivates high performance with the sales team.
10. Travels to any city within India for meeting up with the investors and channel partners for closure of sales.
Relations: Internal: 1. To report on all work-related activities to the Business Head – Portugal. 2. To work in coordination with the marketing and operations team for various investor communications. 3. To work closely with the team for enhanced performance and meeting the targets given. External: 1. Empaneled Channel Partners. 2. Prospective clients. 3. Immigration consultant. Qualification: 1. Graduation in any disciple, Post Graduate with any specialization in Marketing from a reputed institute will be added advantage. Experience: 1. Minimum 8-15 years experience in Sales Management in Immigration related investment Expected Competencies: 1. High level of sales expertise and client-channel partner interactive skills. 2. Good communication skills. 3. High level of product knowledge in relevant and work-experienced fields. 4. Ability to coordinate in a seamless way, internally as well as externally for business closures. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
