Senior Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join one of our main clients, a top ten Real Estate developer in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Market research. Conduct or coordinate market research activities to gather insights about target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape for the purpose of shaping marketing strategies, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions.

● Marketing coordination. Responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives across various channels and platforms which includes collaborating with different teams and departments to align marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities.

● Project management. Oversee marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met, resources are allocated appropriately, and objectives are achieved by developing project plans, defining tasks and responsibilities, and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.

● Campaign management. Responsible for managing marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation by warranting seamless coordination with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective campaign implementation and desired outcomes.

● Brand image and exposure management. Responsible for maintaining the overall brand image and exposure to the targeted audience via appropriate channels and networks.

● Marketing materials coordination. Oversee the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, presentations, and promotional which highly involves managing the creative process, collaborating with designers and content creators, and ensuring brand consistency.

● Budget management. Responsible for monitoring and managing marketing budgets by tracking expenses, evaluating cost-effectiveness, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.

● Stakeholder management. Interact with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, head of departments, senior management, and external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, and clients by effectively communicating and collaborating to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies.

● Marketing analytics. Actively involved in analysing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives by utilising tools and methods to measure key performance indicators (KPIs), gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

● Continuous improvement. Continuously find ways to improve marketing processes, systems, and workflows and identify areas for enhancement, implement best practices, and suggest innovative approaches to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

● Leadership and mentorship. Supervises and oversees the performance of marketing assistant and marketing officer by providing guidance, support, and mentorship whilst fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

● Knowledge, exposure, and experience in marketing coordination and advertising campaigns within the real estate industry.

● Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, amongst other marketing channels within the real estate industry.

● Knowledge in using data analytics software for research. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications

● Expert in using design tools and applications such as Adobe Photoshop, and equivalent

● Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and advertising management

● Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software

● Experience in budgeting and forecasting pertinent to marketing, advertising, and events

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
