1. Job Scope:
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for marketing/listing sales, leasing, and sourcing properties. Your role involves conducting community and apartment tours, providing in-depth knowledge of the area, and effectively communicating the selling points of our properties. Additionally, you’ll manage the leasing process, handle transactions, and contribute to creating a sense of community among residents.
2. Principal Accountabilities:
Conduct property tours, demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of vacancies and community features.
Provide information on the property’s selling points and maintain awareness of the local market and competition.
Connect with prospective residents through various channels and guide them through the leasing process.
Manage leasing transactions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teammates to address apartment-related issues.
Research the local market, market exclusive property listings, and negotiate agreements.
3. Required Competencies:

Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
Problem-solving skills and resilience in the face of rejection
1-2 years of experience in Real Estate or Development in the UAE
Preferably RERA Certified broker
UAE DL & Own Car
