The Senior Operations Specialist will require innovative, progressive, and creative profes
sional individuals with strong leadership and communication skills. The candidate must be
equipped with the ability to effectively communicate with the NEOM end users and NEOM
service providers across all sectors to ensure jurisdictional authority is performing in accord
ance with the vision of the city
The candidate will be proponent of all public facilities in the jurisdictional authority in addition
to management of “day to day” normal operations and event operations.
Key Accountabilities & Activities :
Manage NEOM Operations functional areas; provide policy guidance and coordinate the activities of assigned departments, divisions and services; foster cooperative working rela tionships with NEOM Community, inter- NEOM governance agencies and City staff.
Communicate and ensure alignment between all internal and external stakeholders for nor al and event operations.
Responsible for all assets that are within the assigned jurisdictional area.
Ensure that all assets are safe, secured, always serviced and fit for use.
Develop an operating process and platform for all events and liaison with FM Services, Security, Health, Safety and Environment and all other relevant department for events that occur/take place in the city.
Conduct system and service frequent walkthroughs, audits, survey to ensure that NEOM is in world class operations.
Coordinate with other Facilities Management departments to ensure world class livability and service delivery to assigned jurisdictional area and registering them at CAFM system.
Ensure that emergency management plans are up to date, and emergency drills are frenquently conducted.
Ensure service standards and expectations of NEOM with monitoring and reporting systems in place.
Work in conjunction with the FM Operations Management on the coordination of all as pects of the facility management.
Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within NEOM.
Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM’s values.
Adapt entrepreneurship innovative way of doing business.
Carry out other tasks/roles as needed
Develop and review the Standard Operations Procedure.
Conduct Inspections at the Communities
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
Minimum 5 in a similar role
High End resort/hotel management or real estate experience is preferrable.
Experience of technology utilizations.
Public Administration Experience.
Communication and social skills
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
