As the marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of the marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors and customers and cross-team coordination. The marketing coordinator will also execute the external off-site campaigns involving logistics management and operations.
Responsibilities
Supporting the marketing department’s campaigns by coordinating with various parties, vendors and marketing team
Regular coordination and relationship management with external vendors to ensure timely execution and high quality of marketing campaigns preparing all paperwork and negotiating when needed
Preparing official letters
Logistics management, vendor management, external event management; Organize/Execute and oversee internal and external PR events and its logistics
Qualifications & Preference
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1 – 2 years’ experience in marketing (Preferably in Healthcare)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)
Excellent Word/excel Proficiency
Filing Skills
Good to have editing experience in adobe suites
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of all social networking platforms
