Required Assistant Operations Manager

Job Key Responsibilities

Managing the fulfillment of all orders by ensuring a smooth process from order confirmation to delivery.
You will be managing a team of operations agents who verifies, edit and confirm order details.
Managing the team of florists to ensure that the products are arranged in a timely manner.
Managing drivers (in-house and outsourced) to ensure the delivery of orders on time.
You will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining inventory; such as flowers, vases, accessories, brands and etc.
Manage customer relations when needed to respond to specific requests or solve problems.
You will be responsible for maintaining our internal portal and ensuring that products and stock are properly updated online.
Managing the work shifts of the operations team.
Making sure the workshop is kept clean and tidy
Organizing any maintenance work and improving the workshop
Responsibly the quality assurance of final products.
Responsible for product pricing in terms of cost and selling price according to country head guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Busines Administration or related
3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred
High attention to details
Ambitious for learning and growing
Good English verbal and writing language skills
