We are currently looking for a Data Engineering Manager for a leading company to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a hands on Architect as well as someone who can lead a team and work in a customer facing environment with technical and business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
· Designing and maintaining cloud, on-premises, and hybrid data platform architectures
· Be able to Identify, design and implement full data warehouse and Big Data solutions
· You will be designing and maintaining optimal data pipeline architectures for batch and real time processing
· You will work in a customer facing environment alongside technical and business stakeholders
· You must have experience as a Team lead for at least 5 years
Hands on Experience with the following:
· Strong hands-on experience on implementing modern data platform solutions
· Extensive experience with core Azure data cloud services: Data Factory, SQL DW, Azure Data Lake, Analysis Services, Databricks, Cosmos DB
· Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including some of the following: SQL DW, SQL Database, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake
· Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: SSIS, Data Factory, Talend, Informatica, etc.
