Required Human Resources Officer
We operate across the GCC, and the UK and source our flowers from the best growers, design all our own arrangements, and have our own delivery fleet.

Job Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, develop, and implement human resources plans.
2. Develop and implement personnel management policies and procedures.
3. Update and maintain employee database, including HR system and physical files.
4. Oversee the recruitment process.
5. Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas, etc.
6. Monitor daily attendance.
7. Handle the complete payroll process.
8. Oversee all salaries bank transfers.
9. Liaise with staff and management on payroll-related queries.
10. Maintain leave reports (annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and overtime report.
11. Calculate annual leave balance & indemnity.
12. Provide staff orientations.
13. Manage HR department representative (Govt Relations) and following his attendance & performance.
14. Maintain the validity of all company and employee official documents.
15. Oversee the annual appraisal process.
Requirements:
Prior experience of 3-5 years as an HR Officer is preferred.
Knowledge of human resource functions (salaries and benefits, recruitment, training, and development, etc.).
Understand UAE labor law.
Knowledge of HRMS.
MS Office skills.
Organization skills and time management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Good language skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English
