Clinical Application Trainer

Position Description:

·        Liaising with team/service leads to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

·        Supporting adoption post implementation, including floor walking, liaising with users, giving at-the-elbow support as required

·        Designing effective training programs

·        Selecting and booking venues

Required Qualifications:

·        Proven experience as a trainer

·        Clinical knowledge an advantage, ideally a nurse

·        Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

·        Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching

·        Proficient in MS Office, e-learning software is desired

·        Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills

·        Organisational and time management abilities

·        Critical thinking and decision making
