We are looking for an experienced and highly knowlegable Offplan Sales Manager mainly resposible for Offplan Properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to establish new relationships with potential clientele and grow the business. A deep understanding of the broker’s work required, including the paperwork, knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage, train, and develop a sales team
• Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
• Manage the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy and prospect management
• Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling and negotiation skills
• Support and assist agents in closing deals when required
• Manage leads for the team and ensure high leads conversion
• To be fully involved in training for own sales team especially new joiners
• Motivate and monitor own sales team to insure best productivity and consistent sales
• Plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training regularly
• Managing KPIs for each member of the sales team including lead`s conversion and sales target
• Engage with potential candidates for the sales team
• To be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales team
• Design, plan and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue including internationally
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones
• To act as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals
• Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with current and new clients
• Create relationships and attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the team
• Conduct research to develop property market intelligence
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Educated to a Bachelors degree or similar level (i.e. real estate, finance or business administration)
• Experience in Dubai real estate industry for at least 3 years
• Off-plan and brokerage firm experience is a must
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Sales Director
• Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of the broker’s work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process
• Strong personality and a can-do attitude
• Proven organizational and planning ability
• Confident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skills
• Strong decision maker
• Team player
• UAE driving license and a car
