Abode Property Dubai is a boutique real estate company based in the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel Dubai Marina. We are looking for Sales Directors capable of working entirely on their own initiative to build their team and focus on a specialised area.
This position is specifically for someone already working as a Sales Manager, or above, in Dubai Real Estate with 3 years of experience. They will now want the freedom to build their own team and set up strategies from A to Z with complete control over their full team and department. Ideally is for someone looking for complete autonomy over their team and role. You will be able to hit the ground running and start putting sales on the board as soon as possible. In essence, you will be running your own business and your team will report directly to you.

The role Description
Our Director of Sales is a professional who manages and oversees the sales operations in our organisation. They are responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and evaluating costs for selling. They will be able to bring (or build) a portfolio of exclusive properties for sale.
Responsibilities
Bring / Build the best team in luxury property sales
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned areas or expertise and accounts
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Proven Skills
Know how to sell a property with a proven record of selling
Proven sales executive and management experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and corporate
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent
