JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives for the team through broker’s network.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Managerial Accountabilities

Daily meetings with the team Adhere to the KPI for the team

Constant coaching of the team

Weekly & monthly reviews with the team

Functional Accountabilities:

Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions

Have a customer centric approach

Good Follow-up & Lead management

Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets

Follow company policies

Qualifications and experience:

Experience and Technical Knowledge

Prior Experience in Managing real estate sales teams

Efficiency in MS office

Negotiation Skills

Good Overall Conduct and Discipline

Strong analytical, organization, communication and people skills required.

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Ability to lead a sales team

Stable employment record; growth within previous organizations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree from accredited university

Key Competencies and skills Behavioral Competencies Other General Skills:

Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Fluency in at least 2 languages
