To manage the day-to-day operation of the retail operation effectively and efficiently, maximizing sales and ensuring the security of stocks and cash in accordance with company policy of AMTSC.
Ensure that maximum sales and profits are achieved.
Ensure that sales targets are met by the effective communication of relevant information to sales assistants and taking corrective action in the event of sales slowdown.
Ensure all personnel are motivated towards excellent customer service and product knowledge

Ensure that sales targets are met by the effective communication of relevant information to all Retail Supervisors and colleagues and taking corrective action in the event of sales slowdown.
Ensure all personnel are motivated towards excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
· Ensure that all departments conform to all legal and company requirements.
· Ensure that AMTSC policies and procedures are always adhered to.
· Ensure that all members of the retail operation floor team promote and maintain customer relations to the highest standards.
· Maintain and develop the image of AMTSC.
· Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with regards to all company documentation.
· Ensure that each shift is managed in accordance with company policy to establish an operation that meets performance levels as required by senior management.
· Ensure all retail operational documents are recorded correctly, signed-off and always filed efficiently and in good condition
