List of Responsibilities :
Implement an Integrated Project schedule that will encompass all Level 3 schedules of the programme
Support the Project Manager for all monitoring and tracking activities on the Programme including, Schedule, Cost, Change, Risks and Opportunities
Support the Project Controlling Manager to produce timely reporting for monthly Project Reports (internal and external)
Ensure timely and accurate date inputs are available for Operational Planning and Forecasting (S&OP, Cash Forecast, EAC … etc.)
Person Specification
Project Office / Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, etc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft project is desirable
Project /Programme planning experience in producing and managing an integrated schedule
The candidate should also be able to persuade others by using evidence (facts and figures) to justify their arguments, but should be able to demonstrate good listening skills
Ability to co-ordinate own work and ensure deadlines are met
Good communicator and collaborator to support integration activities between various Domains and Functions in KSA and Europe.
Fluent in English (Speak/Read/Write), Arabic & German languages desired
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Planning / Controlling
