Our company is looking for a female sales and marketing coordinator to be based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
– Work closely with Sales, accounts, and logistics teams to manage orders according to deadlines.
– Review general administrative processes and make efficient improvements to drive work efficiency and process.
– Providing support and assistance to outside sales representatives and management.
– Working closely with Marketing and Sales Managers to assist and support them in their daily responsibilities.
– Assists in the administrative tasks for the HR Manager as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or a professional diploma holder.
Experience: Prior work experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory. Freshers can also apply.
Communication Skills: good communication, fluency in English – spoken and written
Computer skills: basic MS office and internet
Other skills: multi-tasking, team spirit, quick learner, comfortable coordinating with different departments.
Nationality: Filipino Preferred
