The goal of the healthcare digital solutions manager is to provide our clients with innovative healthcare solutions while keeping the patient experience at the forefront of everything. Furthermore, to lead through engagement and the formation of a healthcare alliance, as well as to create efficiencies and identify new business opportunities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
● Responsible for the discovery, conception, design, and development of digital health solutions.
● Develop innovative solutions based on unmet patient needs, discover, and advise on digital health services, devices, and solutions.
● Drive the development of solutions from their design to their launch in the local market.
● Monitor and analyze the performance and recommend action if necessary.
● Apply agile concept and hypothesis-led design.
● Incorporate knowledge of clinical measurements and drive the regulatory submission and pathway.
● Be the go-to expert for digital health, drive internal awareness, and adoption, and promote further digital health innovations.
● Identify external stakeholders, innovations, technology trends, and policy developments and report to the relevant stakeholders.
● Acts as an internal champion for digital health topics and projects.
Is primarily assigned to the Oulacare Business unit, yet as the business evolves, but also supports other Business Units.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
● Minimum 8+ years’ experience in creating, launching, and promoting digital health applications, medical devices, and/or digital innovations
● Strong knowledge of digital health/medical devices and other governmental healthcare platforms such as NAPHIS, and MoH Virtual Hospital.
● Experience in Cloud Solutions.
● Experience in Interoperability between healthcare systems.
● Very strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
● Experience in regulatory submissions and approval of digital health
● Strong analytic and project management skills
● Enthusiasm for digital health innovations and applications
● Strong team orientation
● Experience with managing international projects preferred
● Must thrive in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
● Self-starter and highly self-motivated personality
● Must have healthcare experience
Fluency in Arabic & English is essential
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in (Health Information Technology, Informatics /Digital Health, or other relevant disciplines)
● Specialization in Digital Health & innovations
+2 Years’ Experience in Managerial role & +8 Year Experience in Healthcare digital solution
