The Flooring Sales Manager is responsible for estimating, measuring, and quote building for a flooring materials. The Flooring Sales Manager must be detail oriented, have strong customer relations skills, ability to prioritize tasks to meet schedules, and knowledge of all estimating processes to complete a flooring project.
Duties:
Estimating and quote for flooring projects.
Ability to measure area and create floor plans.
Ability to use estimating software.
Preliminary site visits.
Assessment of existing conditions.
Submit forecast as per annual sales target.
Reporting directly to HOD Sales.
Get approval from consultants and clients.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in construction industry.
Ability to read and understand project drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid Driving License – KSA
Require good relationship with main contractors and consultants.
Work ability to serve in multiple industries.
Nice To Haves
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
