Job Summary To conduct analysis of current systems and future business requirements so as to assist the development of applications, codes and software, in order to facilitate the transformation of the assigned function needs to applications and systems.

Responsibilities

Analyse the user needs and suggest solutions
Help users with their use of Odoo or other Business Apps
Solve functional problems by investigating
Ensure users’ satisfaction
Contribute to the improvement of the products and all documentation
Testing and reviewing developed modules by team members to ensure working functionality & delivery of business need
Map business needs to Technical Requirements
Plan and Prepare project tasks with estimated time and priority
Understanding current systems and their functional capabilities, performing business requirement and gap analysis for strategic initiatives, identifying and evaluating solution alternatives.
Gathering requirements and evaluate solution options to support processes
Implementing and testing solutions.
Train, guide and support users to work on specified process

Skills, Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Business Information System
Expertise in Odoo Modules
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to work independently or with a team
Competency in MS Office, expertise in MS Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Languages: English and Arabic
Familiar with ERP, software, technology and troubleshooting of any issue
