We are looking for a champion Sales Manager who will be responsible for achieving the monthly targets set by General Manager in the following areas: Volume, Profit, CSS Score, Prospecting, Test Drives and Closure rates while being efficient and resourceful.

Some of the other things that will be on your plate will include setting up and ensuring implementation of sales process for all sales employees, determining their training needs and coaching them to perform at their optimum level.

You will also coordinate with the marketing manager for various showroom related promotional and marketing activities.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 10 years of experience with at least 5 years gained in a similar role at a managerial level with a budget/economic high volume brand. You will also have an educational degree in a relevant field, preferably business administration.

You will have excellent communication skills with an above average proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of Arabic will help but is not mandatory. Strong knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel would also make you stand out from the crowd.
