We are Looking for Experienced Project Director preferrable in Aramco Projects
Responsibilities
Responsible of the management of all staff within the project
Set the overall direction and leadership of the supervision project.
Responsible for the overall performance of the project including project performance, cost, schedule, safety and quality as well as staff performance
Responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the project’s output including technical results and financial profitability
Maintain strategic alignment between the project and the organization
Interface with the senior representatives of client and company/contractors
Ensure profitability of the projects
Lead the team of Project Managers
Manage teams to ensure project business objectives are achieved on time
Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of the project
Regularly communicate with company management & key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met
Define the project governance (controls), plan the overall project and monitor the progress;
Manage the project’s budget, risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
Coordinate the projects (tasks) and their interdependencies
Manage and utilize resources across projects, manage stakeholders’ communication;
Promote and maintain health and safety and ensure safety rules are being followed
Perform all other position related duties as requested
Requirements
Degree in discipline (bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering) or equivalent combination of education
A minimum of 20 years’ experience managing engineering design development, construction practices, economic principles, and international codes, standards, procedures, and specifications.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate in Project Management (APM) or equivalent certification is preferred
Must have experience in Saudi Aramco projects at senior management/director level as well as having extensive experience in client facing roles.
