Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
>Financial Record Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
•>Financial Reporting:
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
>Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
• Provide support in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
> Accounts Payable and Receivable:
•Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain vendor relationships.
•>Bank Reconciliation:
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
•>Tax Compliance:
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
>Audit Support:
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Provide necessary documentation and explanations as required.
>Financial Analysis:
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
• Make recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
•>Compliance and Regulation:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations.
> Communication:
• Communicate financial information effectively to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
