Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop the business of properties.
• Maintain and update listings of the available properties.
• Conduct in-house show around and entertain the potential accounts.
• Advise clients throughout the negotiation process.
• Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Preferably with experience as sales agent in real estate sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.
• A high standard of personal presentation.
• Knowledge in using different types of social media.
• Exceptional customer service skills, patience and tact.
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have own car and driving license.
