The VP Realty
The VP Realty is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Muscat. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert consultation in all aspects of real estate, including market analysis and product knowledge to help investors and end users for investing in Oman and Dubai Real Estate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
3+ years of experience in real estate consultancy, preferably in an international context
Strong proficiency in market analysis and property valuation
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to adapt to the unique needs and demands of international clients
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
