Job Description

Drafting Tenancy contracts, addendum, MOU, NOC, and other property-related contracts.
Attending calls and emails from clients, customers, and tenants.
Filling in documents relating to sales and transactions.
Provide general administrative support and secretarial services as required.
Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and report to the Managing Director
Greeting visitors and taking messages if the concerned party is unavailable.

Required Skills

Preferably with Real Estate experience
Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have a pleasing personality
Good in customer service calls & handling all client’s inquiries.
Knowledgeable of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
Email and Phone Etiquette.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Basic accounting and record-keeping.
