Job Description:
As Business Development Director, your role involves:
– Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
– Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
– Leading and guiding a high-performing team in effective business development initiatives.
– Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical); MBA is a plus.
– Proven track record in successful business development within Construction and Technical Services.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
