Data Recruitment Consultant – Bleu Leaf Analytics AED60K -AED100K + Generous Commission (OTE AED400K)
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the client side of the recruitment process and manage your own area of the Technology market. Recruitment and sales acumen is essential for this position, the company will provide all necessary support and training on technology sector.
Bleu Leaf Analytics is a big data analytics consultancy. We bring together data strategy, engineering, and advanced data analytics to help organisations leverage their data into meaningful, actionable insights. We help organisations to increase ROI, improve customer retention, build or optimise software, gain market share or reduce operational times and costs, through data-lead decisions.
You will be part of a growing team and will be responsible for client liaison and business development for technology roles within the UAE and other GCC.
Required Skills:
· Business development experience – targeting new cold clients & nurturing existing warm Bleu Leaf Analytics relationships.
· Desire to exceed our client’s expectations & beat the opposition.
· Be solutions oriented, commercial and ambitious.
· Experience in the technology sector is desirable, but not necessary.
Training provided:
You will receive comprehensive training in the Data technology market. This includes:
· 1-2-1 training with senior leaders in the business.
