To support our Team we are looking for:

Operations Manager

You should have at least 8-10 years’ experience in operations in a service environment and have already led a team, especially in the Oil & Gas / Industrial Market.

Your tasks will be the following:

Lead and grow our service (after-market) business in Saudi Arabia, leading the Workshop & Contracts Team and the Field Service Representatives Team.
Manage day-by day operations activities for Saudi Arabia Office, Workshop and Field Service Representatives: control and optimize the cost and profitability; plan and improve the utilization and occupancy rate of personnel and equipment of the Service Center in Saudi Arabia.
Manage inventories of spare parts, consumables and tools including logistics wherever required. Identify and qualify local new suppliers under approved vendor list (SRM tool) following BC Gate-4 qualification process.
Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures in order to assure all operation jobs (repairs, FSR activities, Turn Around, etc.) in Saudi Arabia are delivered in accordance with Company requirements, requested quality, within the allocated time frame and in accordance with the planned resources and budget
Responsible for the management of Service Contracts to meet contractual commitments, manage warranty claims and complaints: providing solution to resolve any issues / complaints in the most effective manner.
Build up customer relationships and manage key accounts and support Business Development Team in identify new opportunities
Meet financial, strategic and operational targets of BCSA. This shall be accomplished in compliance with values, culture and standards of the BC Group.
Ensure project and/or contract negotiations are in line with Burckhardt Compression commercial, technical and business requirements/regulations and/or standards.
Assure compliance with EOHS / Quality Management System, ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO45001, be focal point within external and/or internal audit, address quality issues.
Act as Safety and Security officer of BCSA in accordance with Company standards and procedure for Health, Safety and Environmental.
Job Requirements:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Sound experience working with rotating equipment.
8-10 years of experience in operation, in a service environment and have already led a team.
Fluent in English orally and written and possess good knowledge of MS-Office and CRM. Fluent in Arabic language is a plus.
Have a strong service orientation and mind-set, a passion for customer focus and enjoy working with people from different nationalities.
Reliable and communicative nature, strong analytical as well as organizational and networking skills.
High degree of independence, communication skills in discussions with international clients and a highly developed Safety and Quality conscience are characterizing your personality.
Be office-based but must be prepared to work extended hours as required, within reason, to complete the job duties.
Be able/willing to identify opportunities for new business for the Company as they arise.
Be able/willing to perform any additional duties, tasks and projects as necessary and as directed by the line Manager.
Have a valid driving license.
