The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all activities for sales, resale, lease, and rental to ensure that the execution is in accordance with CAYAN’s set of objectives, targets, policies, and processes.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and leadership to the employees of the Sales function to ensure an effective and efficient flow of work and ensure that all employees recognize their fundamental role
Ensure the development of strategic goals, business plans, budgets, and resources for the Sales function in accordance with CAYAN’s overall strategy and direction
Provide direction for the development of adequate policies and processes for the Sales function to maintain efficient operational excellence in order to achieve CAYAN’s overall strategic objectives
Promote an accountable environment with clear and defined employees’ responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities
Align and update the Sales function’s strategic objectives with CAYAN’s overall strategic objectives and ensure the mechanism of achieving these objectives
Review regularly and suggest any amendments to sales strategies (targets, areas, etc)
Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales, resale, lease, and rental to have optimal sales results and meet targets
Oversee the development of the preliminary sales forecast to be used as the performance measure throughout the year in the branch to ensure targets are being met, and take corrective action to ensure these targets are met
Oversee the development of a customer database and the identification of potential customers
Oversee all sales, resale, lease, and rental activities in the branches including sourcing new customers, sale analysis, and closing sale transactions
Develop sales agreements, discuss and negotiate all clauses
Oversee all individual leasing and renting activities for CAYAN and non-CAYAN properties including sourcing new customers, negotiating resale/lease/rent parameters, lease/ rent
Analysis and closing lease/rent transactions
Manage all resale, and lease agreements including the type of lease terms, rent schedule, resale, lease calculations, and other services, other options, i.e.: expansion, renewal, etc in coordination with the Customer Service function in the branch
Manage the tenant’s relations, and ensure service level goals are met while championing high levels of service
Address tenants’ concerns and complaints, and ensure proper coordination with the Customer Services function in order to rectify and resolve tenants’ issues
Maintain a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Oversee employees’ performance evaluation processes, carry out disciplinary meetings, and recommend salary adjustments, rewards, and promotions based on performance appraisals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field.
10-12 years of solid experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real-Estate industry
Fluent in both English and Arabic Language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
