Perform Daily sales activities and taking care of specific accounts with high-customer service quality to ensure that our accounts run smoothly and profitably and bring new leads, project and contracts.
Key Accountabilities:
Communicate with customers daily to ensure satisfaction , achieve Account target explore current and future potential opportunities.
Execution and optimization company marketing plans, conduct analysis to provide management with feedback and recommendations regarding marketing campaigns.
Manage accounts’ projects and oversee related activities such as financial aspects (budgets, contracts, collection, fees etc.) to maximize Customers potential in designated regions.
Provide Customers with pre & after sales technical support services Related to product education or technical back up as required to find creative solutions to complex technical issues clients may be facing.
preparing, quotations technical proposal and presentations demonstrate how product meets client needs and negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Identify market trends and market shifts while being fully aware of competition and search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services.
Experience and Qualification:
B.S in Sales& Marketing (civil engineering is plus)
1 to 3 years
