We have opening with our client for the role of Technical Architect
Long term role
Role: Technical Architect
Knowledge & Experience:
Extensive IT experience (15+ years or more), 10+ years in technical domain experience.
Extensive experience in preparing the technical architecture [end to end technical flow] along with the integration touch points, Data Flow meeting the business requirement.
Extensive experience defining Integration Patterns, Frameworks, Integration principles for the core banking solution implementation.
Hands on experience in IBM Integration stack (IIB, Data power, MQ, ODM, BPM) & Jboss application server setup, configuration, identifying performance bottleneck and fine tuning is an additional advantage.
Good understanding of non-functionality requirements related to Security, Scalability, Availability.
Good exposure to Service Oriented Architecture.
Fair understanding of various stage of Software Development Lifecycle (Architecture, Analysis, Design, delivery, rollout)
Prior experience in conducting technical / design workshops.
Working on any architecture tool (ArchiMate) is an added advantage.
Good understanding of Retail banking functionality would be preferred (especially on Retail Lending workflow, process).
Deliverable:
Industry standard technical architecture consisting of Data Flow, integration touch points, integration pattern, integration sequence diagram, exception management (i.e. TOGAF framework)
Prepare multiple views of the architecture with varying level details based on the stakeholder engagements.
Anticipate the integration risk and the mitigation.
Align internal & external stakeholders on the integration architecture and secure signoff.
Support Internal & external delivery teams for the integration related aspects.
Skills:
Strong team player and should have ability to bring the team together, deliver the artifacts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication (written & oral) and Interpersonal skill to communicate effectively to the business / technology stakeholders.
