We are currently recruiting for a Recruiter that is looking to step into internal recruitment for a national leading remote site provider.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Will be working closely and collaboratively with the People and Culture Manager – Operations
First point of contact for their projects, coordinating recruitment, talent pipelining, On & Off boarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Stakeholder management with Executive Management team, clients, and contractors

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:
Closely partnering with Operations and Site Managers on the proactive workforce management, forecasting and close monitoring of rosters to ensure that people gaps are addressed ahead of time.
Coordination of the end-to-end recruitment, selection lifecycle, ensure fully site compliant and coordinate travel and itinerary, and uniforms.
On & Off boarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Administration and Records Management, daily updates of all relevant Recruitment & HR spreadsheets / HRIS systems
Preparation of Letters of Offer and Contracts of Employment for approval by Senior Manager
Providing initial HR guidance and advice on general HR issues, and coaching Managers where applicable.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
3+ years’ experience in FIFO/blue-collar recruitment, selection, talent acquisition and mobilisation of FIFO / blue-collar workforces
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially EXCEL
Exposure HRIS platforms i.e.: FOUNDU or ELMO (desirable)
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience in a similar role (desirable)
Outstanding communication and analytical skills
Have a genuine desire to grow, learn new things and come along a journey to succeed
