The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for performing all Human Resource activities, including manpower planning and recruiting, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, organization development, learning & development in accordance with CoE’s objectives, targets, policies and processes.
Operational Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement recruitment plan to ensure the company attract, select, and recruit experienced and qualified national professionals; putting the right person in the right position; in satisfaction of the business requirements and strategic direction of the company
Manage and evaluate the recruitment, onboarding and induction, and salary negotiations, job offers and contracts processes and staff to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
2 Learning & Development:
Build and maintain partnerships and agreements with qualified training providers to address the company’s development needs
Manage and supervise the execution of the annual training plan programs to ensure its effectiveness in addressing development needs of the company
Manage the implementation of all Learning & Development activities such as Training Needs Analysis, developing annual training plans, and oversee their execution
Monitor and oversee training programs evaluation regularly to address issues and close gaps related to attendance, training material, venue, training provider.
Supervise the development and effective implementation of the annual training plan.
3 Talent Management:
Manage the implementation and monitoring of talent management processes such as Manpower planning, career development plans, and succession plan to ensure employee retention and the integration of talent management throughout the company
4 Organization Development:
Develop and update of organization design and structure ensuring its support to company’s goals and objectives, and implement it throughout the company
Manage the execution of organizational development programs, policies and guidelines, organization structure and job descriptions to support company’s direction and strategic objectives.
Monitor the development of job descriptions to ensure their completeness and reflectiveness of the positions and that they are regularly maintained to reflect any changes.
5 Performance Management:
Manage and supervise the execution Performance Management cycle in line with company’s policies and procedures, analyze performance review results, provide guidance and feedback to departments and develop recommendations for improvements and updates.
QUALIFICATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or other relevant fields.
Master’s degree in Human Resource or Business Administration is preferred.
Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management i.e. SHRM or CIPD.
JOB EXPERIENCE :
5 Years of experience in Human Resource field.
