Urgent Hiring: HR Overseas Coordinator – Join Our Team!!!

Are you passionate about human resources and international coordination? Paris Group is actively seeking 4 dynamic individuals to join our team.

Job Description:
1. Handle recruitment tasks, employee relations, wages, and maintain communication with Country/Area Managers.
2. Collaborate with Area Managers to address visa requirements for official trips, IT purposes, and inventory activities.
3. Monitor visa expiration, coordinate renewals, and provide recommendations as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with legal requirements for departing employees, settling dues in Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
5. Facilitate various employee requests, adhering to policies, including leave, rejoining reports, salary-related certificates, NOCs, and more.
6. Oversee insurance and telecom payments, ensuring timely settlements to avoid penalties.
7. Update and maintain employee details and 201 files for Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Proven experience in HR coordination, preferably in a multi-country context.
-Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain is an advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
-Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
