The Human Resource Coordinator assists and facilitates the human resource processes for Newbridge Pharmaceuticals. The purpose of the role is to assist the HR team with recruitment, employee records, employee engagement activities and provide support to all employees.

Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or similar
Minimum of 2-3 years related experience
English as a first language is essential
French speaking is a major plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
Experience with HRIS systems

Responsibilities:

Assist with the onboarding and induction process for all new hires
Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update databases accordingly
Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Organize and maintain physical and digital copies of employee records
Prepares new employee files
Assist with performance management procedures
Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate Learning & development activities
Performs other related duties as assigned
