we are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.

Your main responsibilities will include developing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and recruiting new employees. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and Saudi labor regulations and law.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implementation of procedures, systems, and forms for monitoring branch employees’ working hours and vacations of all kinds, and amending forms when needed, in addition to applying the attendance control system and ensuring their commitment to official working hours.
Apply the policies and procedures for annual, sick, emergency, and other leaves specified in the approved vacation and leave policy, apply the procedures for promotions, reassignment, and termination of service, and record all employee incidents in accordance with the approved systems and procedures.
Dealing with complaints, observations, requests, and inquiries of employees in a professional manner and raising problems, if any, to the Department Manager effectively.
Updating employee-related information by recording and documenting all information related to the entity’s employees, such as promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and privileges.
Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations, providing appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting, clarifying, and saving them.
Work on government platforms “Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, Labor Office, Gosi, Taqat”.
Processing payroll and salary slips and disbursing them.
Preparing and implementing recruitment plans, following up on progress, sorting CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Preparing job offers and submitting them to management for approval and sending them to candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, or any related discipline, or Diploma in Human Resources.
At least one year of experience in the field of human resources.
The ability to think analytically.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to manage operations in the human resources department.
Effective communication with employees and departments.
Familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law and its renewals.
Proficiency in working on government platforms.
Working in a team.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Diplomatic personality.
