Responsibilities

Prepare and Share new employees’ offer letters and PAR with the HR manager
Assuring that all new joiners’ documents and policies are signed and filed
Create the new employee profile in Bayzat
Support the HR manager to manage the HR team in daily activities
Upload employee visa, passport, and labor card on Bayzat/ cloud folders/ hard files.
Assist in ensuring smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants (desk allotment, team introduction, joining processes and formalities, etc.).
Provide Induction on the Group, HR policies, benefits program, etc.
Employee Exit Management: Help manage and monitor the employee separation process, to ensure the smooth exit of employees including managing activities such as exit interviews, final settlement, EOS, etc.
Assist HR Manager to make improvements and implement required changes.
Assist Line Manager in recruitment, training, and performance supervision.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis.
Coordinate end of probation Manager/ Employee meetings and ensure related documents are signed and filed in the employee files and the tracker is updated.
Supports human resources department and organization mission by completing ad-hoc tasks as required.
Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager to achieve agreed team targets
Set an example for team members, HR activities, work ethics and habits, and personal character.
Maintain accurate records as required.
Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
Any additional tasks allocated to help support the company achieve its objectives.
Interact and cooperate with all members of the organization.

Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in HR supervision
project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
