POSITION: Business Development Executive

SALARY: up to 15K AED plus commission depending on experience and qualifications.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Open to all nationalities, 45 years old and below

Preferably non-smoker and must come from a recruitment agency background

QUALIFICATIONS:

Recruitment agency/firm is the most important CURRENT experience to have

HR applicants will not be considered for this position

Any degree or diploma holder

Minimum 8 years of experience in the agency Recruitment Business Development and accounts management

Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills

Result-oriented skills with a friendly team player mentality

MUST come from a target driven background, with strong skills in Client Acquisition and Closing Sales.

MUST be able to close sales from the first month and achieve monthly targets

Preferably with existing clients or can create customer leads

Must be persistent in conducting customer follow up

Must have knowledge in MS Applications

A valid UAE driving license is essential

MUST come from a recruitment company/firm or has current recruitment background

MUST have current client database and relationship

Successful/shortlisted applicants should be able to present their sales projection presentation
