Location: Oman

Objectives of the Role
The candidate shall be responsible for the success of the brand or brands at hand. Develop marketing strategies to increase a brand’s value and performance, including brand positioning, brand experience, market share, and profitability.
With Experience in beauty industry/salon – someone who is very active in social media, graphic designing, content creation – Mainly making Reels, target- al shaya (UAE), Huda beauty-Arabic speaking

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies: responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Conduct market research needs to stay up to date with market trends, conduct research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and behavior, and use data to optimize marketing strategies. 3. Manage marketing campaigns needs to oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
4. Manage budgets: responsible for managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to ensure the best possible return on investment.
5. Collaborate with internal teams needs to work closely with other teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.
6. Manage external relationships: build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, media outlets, and influencers.
7. Measure and analyze results needs to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience
1. Qualification – A baccalaureate or master’s degree in marketing/communications.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience with the ability to handle brand management, social media campaigns, and organizing events in a similar industry (Salon/Beauty) is preferred.
3. Nationality: Candidate should be Arabic speaking.
4. Ability to develop, implement, and manage an Omni channel marketing plan, program, and campaign for an entire organization (or lines of business within an organization) to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
5. Have experience and confidence in featuring in video content.
6. Act as a brand representative in video shoots, presenting information in an engaging and authentic manner.
