Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ activities in the automotive industry.
2. Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to promote our products and services effectively.
3. Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and advertisements, to connect with the target audience.
4. Digital Marketing: Manage online advertising, SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s online presence and customer engagement. ATL/BTL activities.
5. Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
6. Event Coordination: Organize and participate in automotive events, exhibitions, and product launches to showcase our offerings and interact with customers.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
– Proven 5-7 yrs experience in automotive marketing or a similar industry.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
– Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics.
– Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of the Bahraini automotive market is a plus.
– Valid Gulf driver’s license.
